Yes, you can tattoo over scars, but no.. you can’t tattoo ‘skin color’ over them. Laser surgery, however, has sometimes been able to work on scars. You should look into that.

Why would the hair stop growing? If you want your tattoo completely clean, you’ll have to start shaving very regularly. Personally, I decided that I did not want to spend the rest of my life shaving all my hairs for 2 hours a day, so I let the hair grow over it.

I like the lady/skull a lot, but agree that there’s something off about the lighthouse. It seems somehow lacking in drawing skill compared to the others. I guess that’s just a ‘vision’ thing and has nothing to do with skill, however 🙂
