I happened to catch some of that episode. I don’t see the point in using it unless you carry a cordless blacklight around.

I wouldn’t touch that ink without it being tested and approved by some government agency like the FDA in the US.

Take those thoughts and build on them. Then find a good tattoo artist and utilize his or her creativity to put it together.
Then take lots of pictures and post them.
