you can get these rubber chicken fillet type bras that keep everything in place and have no straps at all, i dont like them personally, they just freakme out so maybe just try a support sports top under your work shirt as a lot of them now have inner support but dont have tight back bits, just fits like a tshirt without the awkward stray boob issues lol x

its a very basic, simple design so i personally wouldnt waste too musch space on it so i’d say lower leg/ankle area and only a couple of inches in size, but its entirely up to you tbh! lol my grandad got a skull and crossbones on his right forearm in his 20’s when he was drunk with his mates and he always hated it so i never really liked them much lol

i think that although it is definitely a VAST improvement on whatever it was supposed to be that was originally there, what makes it not quite right is the artist has used the same colours for the dragons belly and the the background colours behind it, which confuses the composition a little bit.
