Not sure all three of those go together but if you are set on getting that I would shop around a little bit. That sounds very inexpensive for the amount of work that it should take to get that to look correct.

Here’s two of them. I’m too lazy to take photos of the other ones but my first big one is coming soon! The lines in the star one are a lot better n person, it’s hard to tattoo/take pictures of a tattoo on a wrist.
