Oops, I guess I missed that detail in the thread somehow. My bad.
I personally find that the Japanese that Steven Turner does leans toward American Traditional a bit. But I’m definitely not an expert in the Japanese style and I’m sure someone else here will peruse the pics and give you a more…[Read more]

Great pics guys. I love Chief – the attack dog!! And the senior golden made me smile, too.
Here’s a pic of my little peanut, Gucci. The picture is a few years old but it shows her doing her favourite thing. She is ball obsessed. She will be 15 this August, and has put a smile on my face every single day.

Find a different artist. One who has the talent to draw something spectacular up for you.
Sam-I-am has given you tons of good advice. Wait a few days and reread all that he has written to you here. No-one wants to hear that the tattoo that they are so proud of sucks, but yours can be fixed by the right artist. Made into something absolutely…[Read more]

What they said. ^^^^^^^
I quite like the one of Jack and Sally. But the other one is totally jacked. Not even recognizable as either character. The colour on Beetlejuice’s face is really blotchy and uneven too. REALLY?? That is supposed to be Beetlejuice? It is all kinds of bad. Sorry.

Dude, I second that!! Plus 2 hours farther north into the rainforest. Damn good thing that tattoos are rustproof.
And when I travel south to Mexico or one of those sunshine states you will probably find me in a palapa or a cabana. And a thorough coat of sunscreen.

Welcome to the forum! The pictures worked for me.
I think that the first thing you have to do is spend some time figuring out what style you prefer. Those samples you posted are all over the place – traditional, Japanese, not sure what style the elephant is called (but I do like it).
I wouldn’t worry too much about whether it will “go” with…[Read more]

Check out Marc Durrant – I think he has done couple in that style. This one of his is similar, but with more saturated colours.
