the needle only penetrates thru 4 layers of skin so no, you wont be hitting the bone.

Im no expert, but i think nerves are deeper than the 4 layers of skin that the tattoo needles penetrate?

how long has it been since you got your tattoo? i would say keep it dry and dont put anything on it for a while.

Looks normal to me. Give it a couple more weeks, tattoos can take over a month to fully heal. But if you are still worried show your artist.awesome ink btw.

Ive seen larry’s b/g work but i havent seen much of his color/cartoon realistic work. Does he do a lot of them? I love his b/g fantasy stuff.

I like the non color drawing better than the colored one. but i think if u want color the tattooist would do a sick job, especially khan tattoooist cuz he is badass. I think a new school artist a la parry chopardit (sp?), jason stephan, josh woods, jesse smith, joe capobianco would put a very cool twist on that piece!
