I want it to be a full chest peice so the artist has to be local because of multiple sessions and It’ll probably get done in about 2 months so i have time to save cash
I’m giving the artist complete liberty and I want the cartoon apperence seeing as I’m going to make my living as an illustrator. I can draw realistic I can whip you a portrait up in 15 minutes but I want my tattoos to be something thats not real something ridiculous and something that tells a story
IMO, it could be done cartoony without doing it so preschool. Overall, that drawing as it is looks like it’s drawn by a child. I look very much forward to seeing what the tattoo artist will do with it, but in it’s current state it does not look good at all.
Also, I know you’re not going for much realism here, but the cowboy hat would look SO much better and sheriffy if the brim did as it does on actual hats and start outside the head instead of inside it. For this hat to fit the Sheriff, his head will have to be shaped like a condom.
Yeah I got real lazy and did the color in my sisters colored pencils when i usually work in watercolors. I didnt put much effort into it knowing the artist is going to change it and use this as just a concept. I got across the general idea and thats all i set out to do its not supposed to be a finished piece of art. I’m excited to see how it turns out as a tattoo once Laurent takes it and puts his spin on it. Now i need to find some damn money.
