I’m not entirely sure from that picture, but that looks to be pretty low on the foot. If so, it’ll probably fade very much in a few years, making it quite easy to cover.

I used a similar method for my last 2 tattoos and they have healed amazingly well. In fact, people sometimes think they are brand new, un-healed tattoos.
The method is slightly different to what you posted, buttwheat.
