You need to get that covered that is a major blowout, it looks like they have gone in far to deep that was very poorly done. Was this tattoo done in a tattoo studio or in a kitchen.

I’m not entirely sure from that picture, but that looks to be pretty low on the foot. If so, it’ll probably fade very much in a few years, making it quite easy to cover.

yeah I have never seen a tattoo were the whole thing is a blow out. The person that jabbed this in your skin definitely has very limited experience. did you just walk in and say I want a tattoo and they said this young man will be able to help you out please come this way?
