Just put some background on it call that tattoo done and move on to the next one. I really not sure that a pinup sleeve would be a good idea.

Never use any product with tattoo in the name it just means you payed to much for it.
It is perfectly normal for it to peel like a bad sunburn just don’t pick at it.
After it is done peeling it will start to grow a new layer of skin cells over the top of it were it will look very dull again normal.

No fer reelz a skilled tattooist will be able to cover that with just about anything you want.

Damn thats a lot of fading. Was this done at a convention? Sometimes at conventions the artist will tattoo it so it looks great that day (lighter then usual)for the tattoo of the day contest.
