It is a nice design my only suggestions are;

Enlarge the skulls slightly so that they do not become lost ion the tattoo.
Tilt the head up slightly so that the mouth area is slightly more visible and enlarge the characters again so they are clearer and will not blur.

Apart from that looking good.

It is most prob a scam and will be loaded with generic tattoo flash (if you get anything at all) there is no way those artists could have drawn up 25000 designs and still run a shop.

A very nice tattoo.

I have had a number of dogs over the year and I particulary miss 16 & 17 but because of work I am now restricted to only fish.

If they are hustling you and the stencil is not of the same quality then get up and leave.

They usually offer them for free.
