I think it will be quite cool (but what do I know!)
But, it seems kind of ironic to have a tattoo indicating your belief of living for the moment with no regrets, but have it small, discreet and largely invisible!

I’m 37 and got my first ink started recently, as you say, life’s too short!I’m guessing it was the Queen song line that inspired you to BREAK FREE ๐ (Awesome tune)

David works out of Ritual Art, which is where I got my first ink started a couple of weeks ago (by Jim though, not Dave.)
