what i do think is re-dick-ulous is that the school would waste the time to actually suspend this kid for a nose peircing.. Really? half those kids are working on there first born and they are wasting time and money on this kid? im sure the parents probly made a joke about it and fabricated this religous belief since the charges are a joke.

yup. im sure there is an artist that would love to do a peice like this. what you need to do is find a tattooist your comfy with. just go hang out at some tattoo shops. i like to make buddy-buddy with them, and go from there. start googling. print out a few pics of something that resembles what you are looking for as the first thing a tattooist will say is “do you have a pic?” i have found that tattooists are artists, not mind readers. good luck and get back to us when you have something.

i do kind of agree with “adler” i think that ink is permanent and putting it in a place where you know damn well its going to fade is not really practical. if you look at the side of your foot, you will see where the skin changes, from the skin that regenerates to the “good” skin. that will be the line that will fade very quickly. keeping ink above that line is your best bet. again, im no pro, but my bro has a simular problem with his palm/fingure tattoo.( he new it would fade, but he’s running out of space and they where bored) i do like the concept, keeping yourself grounded.. i also feel what you are trying to do, as i went thru the need for a foot tattoo. i have “run forever, die tired” on the top of my foot. i wear boots every day and it hasnt faded(bout 5 years). i would give this some real deep thought, maybe look into other symbolic peices that meen something close, japenesse and tibetin cultures have endless peices of art. there has to be something out there that defines, “staying grounded” or “true to ones self” that better reflects your idea, just a little more practical. tho im still sticking with “i like it”.. if i find anything i’ll let you know. good luck and keep us posted on your findings

that doesnt seem to detailed for that size. im no artis but have seen many really smal, and extremly detailed peices. my ex has quarter size eyes on the back of her neck that were extremly detailed. you should be fine

wow. love the concept of this.. super great. it depends on what you expect from this. the skin on your palms and feet are regenarative, they shed. i saw the hand tattoo of my brothers fade out in less then 12 months. he’s a pencil pusher. i could only imagine what the bottom of a foot would look like in 2 years. on something like this i would wait for better opinions. its a really great concept. good luck.

it doesnt look infected at all. i would really let it dry out and def expect some touch ups for sure. rinse it with soap and water, litly as you dont want to “pull” any scabs. i saw this before on my girlfreind. it took along time to heal. even after the healing it looked like some pink scarring in there. she said it hurt like hell. she went to my tattoo chick for a second opinion and she stated it was simply from a heavy hand. dont stress. once its all said and done it will look just fine. find another tattooer.

i shave my arms, i have very little hair there and also i dont have any lower ink(just yet, im working on a half sleeve to finish my right side). ink just looks better when not disturbed with lots of hair. my tattooist(a hot chick), confessed that its the worst part of her job as she has a slight hair fobia.. we got on the subject couse she noticed i shave my leg before i get there for her to do work on me. i have 5 peices on both my legs, so she has thanked me.. i do not shave my legs thou on the regular. there is just some demasculating about that. my hair is thin so it dont bother me.. waxing is better, but takes more time. shaving sometimes gives me a few bumps or ingrowns.

shave on.

Hey Zack… how did you go about washing your back? It’s one of those idiosyncrasies of human evolution, but we physically can’t comfortably reach every part of our back 😀

you are very smart., useless, but very smart
i also stress the cleaning. and simply keeping it moist. i never wrapped anything after the first 3-4 hours, just couse it was too much of a pain, but it woulkdnt hurt for sure. xeroform seams pretty harsh. i would stick to just a basic lubricant

girls with visable tattoos are hot. plain and simple. of course its always diffrent if you wear dirty clothes and smell funny. i fell in love just last week at the bar. chick was in business casual atire and then i noticed she was sleaved on both sides.. HOOOOT!! but i agree. there are those very few times when i dont need to be judged negativly. its kind of hard to hide a spider web tat climbing up my neck while decked out in a suite an tie

my brother has forever on his ring fingure. he has had it touched up once before and it is fading again. if you look closly at the side of your fingure you will see that your fingure print actually runs pretty high up the side. that skin regenerates over time pushing or fading the ink. it fades more towards the center knuckle and not so much by the web area.. now for the sarcasm… your name is jen? so you are of female descent. that meens your heart and emotions are fonder and stronger then your man. your heart might be forever, but who knows about your potentuall futere ex-husband. divorce rate is at slightly over 50% for last year. that meen you have a 50% chance of regretting that fading tattoo with in 7 years as thats pretty much as long as half of the marrages last. good luck
