A high quality artist with a strong reputation will always put their best in because they know how quickly it will spread if they do a bad job but then they are so busy they can afford to turn away anything they don’t fancy. Cant see the original picture but the flowers look like a good shout and they’re easy to mix with birds, I have lots of birds and flowers and stuff so I may be a little biased. Just don’t go to another shitty artist.
