Let it heal completely then see how you really feel about it and go from there.

As far as the initial question goes I think that if you’re just getting into fitness then I’d wait. Since all biomech pieces are fit to your body if you bulk up later it might lose the “flow”. My 2 cents.

Down here in the dirty south they will literally close schools if there’s 1″ of snow that sticks. But we get snow maybe once or twice a decade.

Picked up a bottle of the new Jaeger “spice” its OK. Similar tasting but I CANNOT get used to drinking it at room temp as suggested.
