My suggestion is to focus you attention away from the pain and make sure you breath deep and relax. The more you tense your muscles the more it hurts. It’s ok. The colors are nice and the flowers look detailed. I’m not doing back flips over it but I have seen a lot worse.

I don’t know… It looks to me like there was a burr on the tattoo needle causing a sub-hematoma rupture in your spline. If the tattoo starts glowing or making a low grumbling sound you might have to have your arm asphyxiated until the condition goes necrotic at which point you are in the clear.
