Welcome to the forum. Love your username!!
There is a lot of great traditional Japanese imagery that would flow well with a dragon. I know nothing about the meanings behind the images so I will leave that advice for someone who does. Good on ya for doing a little research before you jump in, but I also think that it would be a good idea to…[Read more]

I would SOOOOO love a mask from her. If I wasn’t on the other side of the world.
What I wouldn’t do for an appt with any of those guys, too. Man, you are going to have an epic year. I guess we’ll all have a tone of eye candy to devour from you this year. Thank you for…[Read more]

I suspect that you are working too hard, but I know that you are working too long. My days are only 12.5 hours long, but it sometimes feels like 20.

You could always pump and freeze ahead of time to be prepared in case of a problem.
I probably wouldn’t recommend breastfeeding DURING the appointment. 😉

It would be really embarrassing if anyone could see how many times a day I checked to see if it was back.

A tribal chameleon would be awesome, if it were 1992. But it’s not 1992.

When I scrolled down and saw the picture I said “oooooo, I like it” out loud. More proof that giving a really good artist lots of artistic freedom gets great results. I can’t wait to see it after shading and colour.
And your comment on being helpless due to a vibrating boob …… priceless.

I knew it wasn’t dollars. But for some reason I was thinking Euros. I don’t know why, cuz I know better. Pounds converts much higher, so you are paying about what I would have expected for such exceptional talent.…[Read more]

Like Pox said, you do not need to be able to draw. That is the tattoo artist’s job. Just tell them your idea and show them any pictures or reference material that will help you to show them what you are thinking. It sounds like you have a good idea what you want. If you can describe your idea, they can work with you to create an image that you…[Read more]

Bonjour! Welcome to the forum.
If I understand your question, you are asking whether to get a tebori tattoo or whether to get one done using a tattoo machine. I personally would go with a machine, but you may be more adventurous and brave than I am. Tebori will be much more painful, but would sure make for a better story to tell. I’ve seen…[Read more]

Huh. With the quality of the artists who scribble on you I would have expected to see that you paid more than that. But I live In the city with the highest cost of living in North America, so the artists here have quite high rates. Can’t blame ’em. They gots bills to pay too. (…[Read more]

I kind of like the idea of tattooing the charm from your uncle’s necklace. As long as you don’t get it around your neck (as you said). It would make a small and simple memorial piece. The dog tags might just clutter the design, but I get that you might want to honor his service. I personally would do it without dates, they just make it look…[Read more]

She has an interesting style. It takes both talent and skill to make it onto Peter’s list. Anyone one it is a sure bet to give you a top notch tattoo.

Welcome to the forum. That question is sort of like asking “how much is a car”.
It depends on so many factors.
How big will it be. How detailed. Colour or black and grey. Some artists charge by the hour, and some by the piece. Some are speedy and some work a lot slower. And the rates vary widely from country to country, and even from city…[Read more]

What he said ^^^^^.
You also might want to consider a different location. So that you don’t have to deal with people reading your boob for the rest of your life.
(And congrats on your recovery. I’m sure it has been a long journey to get to a healthy place.)
