Did you just want an angel or does it hold any extra meaning to you ?
the design of the angel makes me think of sorrow , so instead of adding clouds i think i would add some sort of decaying landscape behinds it in black and grey …. no colour !!

thats just what comes to mind anyways 😀
but i would also be tempted to leave it as it is .

when i had my wings done my bf at the time tipped my artist a few pints at the pub :rolleyes:

one of my best friends is black and she has a phoenix tattoo and it looks amazing on her , its only black and grey with white highlights but it really pops out at you ..
