I got mine underage when i was 17 and that was at a good place that I was recommended to go to by many people that have had tatts. Definitely no regrets.. But I knew exactly what I wanted, a tatt that both my twin sister and I got. I have a tat on my back, chinese symbols (translated directly from my dad who lives in china) that means twins. My twin sister and I have the same but mine is to the right of my spine and hers is to the left. So mine definitely means something to me.
