Yes I have ruined many of sheets oh wait that didn’t sound right. Yes it normal for some of the color to leak out.

To me it is a great looking tattoo the ear does look a bit weird but I would have never noticed it if you hadn’t metioned it.

I have always heard to never use sunscreen/sunblock on a unhealed tattoo. Tattoos can take months to heal. That being said I have never heard a good reason why not use sunscreen on a fully healed tattoo.
