This is the same place as I got my first one. The outline wasn’t that big of a deal, but the shading hurt like hell. YMMV though.

Tattooist told me many find this place to be very painful, while he never felt anything there.

Well the location of the artist does not matter, but his quality sure does.. and just from this one sentence (“it wasn’t by a professional it was a do it from home guy, so he didn’t tell me much after i got it except that i gota put on the A&D cream on it for 2 weeks.”) I would think he’s a hack and a shoddy tattoois.
