I’d definitely say cover the top or both words up with something else, and then re-type the whole thing (with clarification) someplace else (close by).

I definitely agree that on it’s own it doesn’t say anything about whether or not you’re allergic to them, and would increase confusion if anything.

It’s your elbow. It’s going to be taking a lot of beating while healing. I’d expect touch-ups to be almost certain in that area.

That all depends on the artist. We have this guy here in Iceland called Thomas Asher and he whips out full-color cover-up sleeves in single sessions. He’s a fantastic machine.
