That looks like a heat rash – get some ice in a cloth and gently lay it across the area and keep it on for around 15 mins.

Scratching at the tattoo can cause infection a a lot of bacteria on fingernails so best to use savlon for at least first few days.

Yes you basically just want a mild antiseptic solution any pharmacy will have it – savlon is a UK make so not sure if you have it USA.

Neosporin can be used but in tiny amts and I wouldn’t recommend it for tats as seen many ppl complain about ink lift.

Aussie is right no boxing, sauna’s, steamrooms, or swimming pools until at least 2 weeks has passed.
Otherwise you will tear the tattoo beneath the surface and knack it up.
