That said it will only lift ink if used in too much abundance.

The only way to deal with it is to reshade every 10-15 years or less if you expose them a lot to sunlight.
That way you are filling in fresh pigment on the area.

Interesting thing about the hemp stick – I met a guy who swore that the best thing he put on his tattoos was cannabis juice.
I shit you not he showed me where he ground up the leaves in a blender with some olive oil and slapped it on said it stopped the itching.
