Hi
Sorry not a myspace user so couldn’t see the pic.
That said the tattoo always looks paler after you first have it done as the ink is still settling in. Give it another week to 10 days and I am sure it will look fine once it has fully healed.
If you think it is too pale after it has healed then the artist will do a free touchup for you – this…[Read more]

Hi Robby
In answer to your second question first.
If you are using a spot/acne cream that contains zinc then this can result in the itching you are feeling as the skin is reacting to the agents in the cream. It could be that you are allergic to the ink used or they contain heavy metal traces – you would need to check what sort of ink was…[Read more]

Hi
It is a nicely executed piece of ink and no worries.
Huge tattoos are not for everybody for a whole host of reasons. (You can always add more). The main thing is you like it and that is all that will ever matter 😀
Welcome to the addiction.

Hi
If you are taking zinc orally for a medical condition you need to keep taking it at normal dosage and it shouldn’t impact on your tattoo.
If you are using a skin care cream with zinc in it avoid the tattooed area. This is the bit that lifts ink.
Do not be upping your dosage as your body will flush the majority away through your liver and you…[Read more]

Hi Floss
Really depends on what you like style wise.
I have seen single love hearts;
Trailing star dust
Formed the petals of a flower
Wrapped with ivy trellis that spelt the intials of x
Bleeding a few droplets of blood
With horns and tail or a halo or sprouting angel wings
I have even seen two love hearts melting into each other and…[Read more]

Hi
The main problem is that you need some zinc in your diet in order to remain healthy. It is needed to maintain a high sperm count, muscle repair and releive skin problems.
That said too much inc can result in;
Nausea
Stomach cramps
Vomiting
Anemia – this can cause tattoos to bleed out badly and sweep away the pigment as it is flushed out…[Read more] -

Hi
Personally I do not think it is too basic at all – it sums up a hundred emotions everytime I read the word.
If you are looking for simple and direct statement then that would work great. If you are wanting to personalise the tattoo for an outward expression of how you feel about your family then go for the qoute.
Both work well for different…[Read more]

Hi
I haven’t put forward any suggestions because i did not feel qualified to do so. I hate most of my immediate family. 😀
That said I prefer ‘with family comes strength’ this is because this gives the impression of a shared feeling of unity, strength, and support.

Hi
If you are wanting to save the main areas for major pieces you could always go for the chest or thigh area.
As Wak has suggested depending on the tattoo it might be incoporated into a sleeve – but you have plenty of time to decide.
Can I ask what the design is you are after – is it still the DD?

Hi
The tattooist artist has really overworked that area – this means that he has worked the skin really hard and gone really deep which has resulted in the heavy scabbing you are experiencing.
It sounds like you are doing everything correctly – although I have never used cam tatt wax it should keep the tattoo moist and stop it cracking.
Due to…[Read more]

Hi
Jubakuba is right whilst tattoo design sites are good for general inspiration a truely custom tattoo comes from within.
This inspiration can come from a book, museum, art gallery etc.
Once you have an idea of what you want then start to build up the image and get several examples and an artist can draw up something unique to you.

Hi
I had a free afternoon and decided to look into it and damn if i couldn’t find the exact one. (I like a brain teaser).
The cross and crown comes from the bible James 1:12
Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him.
