To be honest we would need a closer pic to see the fine detail work – from that distance it does not look so bad so hard to say.

You really should wait a min of 6-8 weeks before going for a cover up to make sure that the skin beneath has healed properly.

I looked over your tattoo and you seriously need to keep that clean – overworked is an understatement.
Keep it clean and moist otherwise you will get an infection and some nasty scarring.

That will prob take a month or so to fully heal up.

Even if it is a towel it is not suitable to be tattooed upon blood and other body fluids can become trapped in the fibres and washing cannot guarantee sterilisation.
