What do you want help with, precisely?
That’s a very bad tattoo, and anything you add around it would either be ruined by it or emphasize how poor it is.
As I see it, laser is your only option. After months of that, find a proper tattoo artist. -

Whatever the shop minimum is $70-$150. 70 pounds = about $100 that is cheap. I would be worried about the quality of the tattoo as ezrider asked can you put a link to the tattooists work? I’m sure top UK tattooists are charging about twice that.
