Gorgeous as always. No one even bothers commenting on your new work anymore :p
I’ve only had four new pieces this year and even I feel like I need a break…. -

That is beautiful!! Flows really well with the dude that looks like Jesus. Now you’ll also avoid two completely different shades on them as one would always be a bit older than the other.
And I guess that’s the good thing about having so much awesome work, other artists want to push and do their very best as well :p
Glad to hear even you get…[Read more]

And a quick search tells me Liz Cook doesn’t even do rework/cover ups on new clients at the moment, but she has a very nice form on her webpage on what info she needs to book an appointment (which also says that there will be a delay in responses due to popularity), which may tell you what info they actually need; Liz Cook Tattoo :

You can contact more than one shop at a time…
Some will take weeks, some will never answer, some have one specific day a week to answer e-mails etc, some are crazy busy and will get to you when they get to you.
Also depends on what you wrote. If you wrote “hey I want a tattoo when is an artist available?” You’ll probably never get an answer. If…[Read more] -

Yeah it looks to be healing perfectly normal. Tattoos can take months to heal, nothing to worry about.

I got a one-shot tattoo from Carlos Torres a month ago…
And in the process of finding an artist got positive replies from several of the best artists in the industry who didn’t mind doing a one-session piece. This was at conventions though where things are a bit different ๐ But shouldn’t really be an issue. There is always that 3-4hr opening on…[Read more] -

Well I’ve seen skincare people recommend using spf 30 even when inside and it’s cloudy outside…
But no, you should be absolutely fine.

I don’t think it necessarily needs to be lasered off, once it heals and fades a bit, a great artist could easily re-work it into being a lot better.
For expanding.. Well, you can do anything. Big, bright flowers to surround it, build down the arm with other images you like. It can be skulls, candles, birds, any number of things.
But you need a…[Read more] -

Maybe just e-mail him or contact him in some way and say that this is your budget for now, and if there is work left to do it another time? ๐
Most artists I know are fine with that, and at least prefer it to a nervous client worrying about cost!
He seems fast so you should be fine, but just in case in doesn’t hurt to let him know ๐ -

Go to Off the Map tattoo. They have a shop in Italy. Find them, ask them and you’ll have to try hard to find better artists in one place than just there :p

I’m wondering the same as BertNaked…
Oh, and we’re both Norwegian too and have tons of awesome ink, so… uhm.. yeah.
yeah that’s not an excuse. And.. No I don’t even know where to begin. Tribal, sister, paper to remove ink… So many things are wrong here.
And no white or red will NOT cover it.

Shouldn’t be a problem. As a tattoo artist you should have all the vaccines you can anyways, and always go to the doctor if you poke your finger on a used needle etc anyways. If you also sterilize equipment just make sure to use a mask (should anyways, but who can be bothered… ๐ ), and maybe not book full days in six months ๐
When you advance…[Read more] -

Perfectly normal. Your tattoo is still very fresh and won’t be healed for a little while yet.
Just to compare; I got two tattoos last week, one is now 10 days old, the other is 8 days old. The first one got a small infection, and even though the infection itself has healed, there is still a scab in that spot. No big deal at all, it’s just taking…[Read more]

Did you tattoo yourself while drunk with your non-dominant hand? Or did your friend? Alcohol must have been involved. Whoever did it or let you borrow their equipment… Please go punch them.
Easily enough to cover once it heals. Just don’t absue it too much as you’ll just get scarring, but spend a lot of time in the sun, and once it heals, go…[Read more]

Tattoo artists aren’t copy machines. There will ALWAYS be differences. Maybe you moved a little, or your body twitched a bit (often happens without people noticing at all), or that’s just how it is.
If you posted a pic it would be easier to tell if these are the type of flaws to expect, or something actually wrong.
If you only ask for constructive…[Read more] - Load More
