It’s color. Reflections of light. There is no such thing as one right meaning behind one color. It’s just something people make up for whatever reason. Some colors may affect some emotions, like red with bulls. But come on. Most of this is fairly natural, like very bold colors are clearly more stimulating, while pastels and calmer colors are,…[Read more]

Haha, sometimes it is easier in your native language.. 🙂 My english is alright, but if I CAN use norwegian, why not.. 😛 Sorry about that 😉
Just the basic aftercare q&a really. But yeah, good to be international 🙂 Her nick pretty much revealed her nationality too, so it was easy to switch 😛

I like it! It’s hard to judge technique etc on tattoos of abstract art. I’d like to see a little bit more fine detail in certain places, like the black in the backpack, but other than that, I think its nice! It’s art, it’s yours, it’s unique, it’s custom. Doesn’t need to be technically perfect as far as I’m concerned 🙂 Beautiful

Scandinavian, are we? If you are and would prefer an answer in norwegian/swedish/danish just say so and I’ll correct it 🙂
your -bone- isn’t swollen, your leg is. It’s perfectly normal for the area to be swollen, because you’re moving your foot all the time.
Keep it clean, don’t walk around barefoot in grass or go swimming etc 🙂
What aftercare…[Read more] -

As long as the disaster that is Guantanamo continues, I don’t understand that anyone would die for that country… But then again, I suppose you need to experience that level of brainwashing(sorry, but it’s the only applicable term I could think of), to understand it.
I understand that they’ve done a remarkable job for centuries in building…[Read more] -

True, Scandinavia is indeed different. Sure we have issues in society, with equality etc, everyone does! That’s why I’m asking if it might have to do with age as well. I’m sure in a lot of places and scenes I’d have completely different experiences.
But it’s not like I’ve never been anywhere else.
I’ve been out in Sicily, New York, Paris, Rome,…[Read more] -

Marius Meyer is a great artist though!! But man that one must have been pretty painful! A lot more than 24 hours, that’s for sure.
But I’m pretty sure that one right there isn’t done yet… Still, I love his style. And well.. I think a back piece needs a LOT more dedication that 24hours. Such a big canvas, soo much possibilities! Why waste it on…[Read more]

To me, personally, the calf was a very pleasant place to get tattooed. One of the least painful places I’ve had. You get pretty swollen and walk funny for a few days though. But unless you reach the back of your knee, you should be fine.

I wonder if vaginal wipes wouldn’t also be great since water itself can be hard on new tattoos, and just cover that sucker up if showering seems to make it worse. Some wounds don’t respond well to water.
Hmm.. Never thought about it, but good point! 🙂 It probably should work fine 🙂

Just because an artist isn’t world known, doesn’t mean they’re not busy.
A lot of them work looong days, plus hours on drawing, answering e-mails, etc. Sure they just wanna come home to their loved ones too.
If you don’t have the ability to drop by the studio for a consult or a chat, you need to gather your thoughts and wishes before making…[Read more] -

Huh. It interesting reading this, because I do believe the society I live in, is so so different!
I’ve been going out for about 6 years now, and I honestly can’t remember more than maybe 2-3 times a guy even offered to buy me a drink just off the bat.

I suggest you check out this man.. Met him on Saturday, and I really wish I’d know he was in town earlier! Amazing work, in so damn many different styles! It’s rare to see an artist master so many different styles.

If you can use it on a vagina, it’s pretty mild and safe to use on tattoos.
