I’m confused so you want a scar like tattoo and want to use ink that will fade quick, but you dont want to use a technique like scarification. I’m lost…

Thanks “Pink” that was really helpful, its been almost 2 weeks sense it was done and as far as I can tell its been fully healed for about 4 days now on the surface I know it may not be healed way deep (I must heal fast haha) my tattoo was pretty simple with just lines and some shading, its not sensitive to the touch anymore and its all flat and looks like its been there for a while no shinny skin, scabs, or raised skin.

No you don’t need to know ALOT about maintenance, but you should know how to do some of the basic’s like cleaning and lubricating your chain sense you are going to be doing this every 500-1000 miles, at least that’s what I do.
Also don’t start off too big maybe a 500 or something would be great, thats what I started on, Ninja 500 and worked my way up to a ZX9 which is what I ride now.
Also the MOST important thing, buy gear LOTS of it, you should have your budget with gear in mind probably spend around $400-800 on gear. You don’t wanna be a road crayon…

DON’T BE A SQUID (look it up if you don’t know what it is and no its not a fishy thing in the ocean)

I like the idea of the dog tags. I have a memorial tat for beloved dog too, check out my album to see it, be warned – it has wings! Oh, and welcome to the forum!

I like yours, I already have wings for a different piece of art I have so i need to equal out the ratio before I get more hahah JK. Thanks for the welcome even though I’m not really new, been here for almost a year, I just don’t post much but I do poke around here multiple times a week.

I did a dog collar for a buddy. The name went on the outside of the collar, the passing date was on the inside. The tags hanging from the collar read, “Trusted Friend”
Just a thought. It came out sweet, but your idea is cool too.

Chief that idea sounds really cool, do you by any chance have a picture of it or something, could you draw up a the basic look of what it looked like, or if anyone has an idea of how I could incorporated the “Trusted Friend” into my original idea, I would really appreciate anything.

Thanks,

I know this thread is old, but if its a sharp pain in your lower back thats not good at all that means you are doing it wrong, you should never experience lower back pain while working out that means you are pinching a nerve and doing it wrong, a dull ache may be alright but other than that it means you are working your back more than anything and too much of that can result in lower back problems later in life.

That luberderm is the exact same stuff I have used on all my tattoo’s and it worked great, also thats the kind that my artist told me to use, so your in the clear there.

Oh I know of the stories and who knows what actually did happen out there 😉

Also like I said I wanna change the face/ head would the shop be able to come up with something different and draw it or how would I go about that, also would that cost more if so how much more do you think.

Thanks again for your time,

-James
