Get a good night’s sleep the night before. Eat a good meal before you go. Both of these things will help a lot with pain tolerance.

Also, figure out now what you will wear because until it is healed enough (say 4-6 weeks) you cannot wear anything restrictive or that might rub the area. That means NO BRA.
