talking to your tattoo artist is the best bet , they are doing this all the time and will easily come up with something to fill the gaps ..

i have my sons name on my wrist in arabic 3 years ago ( my sons name is arabic )

if you are set on this design i think you need to take it to a tattooist and have them work on the design .

i think if you pick 3 main things you want in your tattoo and then talk to your artist he/she will come up with something that fits your arm.

is your surname the only way that you can symbolize what you want in your tattoo ??

to be honest it looks like it is a mess .
the symbols over the script is too much .

I think if thats the design you really want take your ideas to a professional and they will make it gel more as a tattoo 😎
