ya, i would say that to westerners, its strictly a form of art. not to say there arent people here who do get gang tattoos… but most people just see it as art

yup, they have a licensed tattoo discussion area, if you email a scan of your license to the mods, they will give you access to that area and you can ask there.

good lord… just go to an artist and have him/her draw you something!!

i would take it down to somewhere that does photo stuff, like kinkos maybe, or a graphic design place perhaps, and see if they can blow it up and photoshop it a bit to make it look as good as the original, if not better. if you get that scanned into a computer and find someone who is good with photoshop, they could easily make it bigger.

just dont tell the artist you have hep c…. the artist should be using new, sterile equipment for evey piece, so as long as it isnt some scratcher in his kitchen, it shouldnt be a problem.

it will lighten up a lot. i wish i had before and after pics of my black and grey pieces to show you… but yea, it will get lighter, for sure.
