It really looks like he thought he was was using a grey wash to put shading in it and he couldn’t tell he was using a green tint then stopped suddenly and said lets call it a day. Really a shame but the is a shit ton of great tattooist in the area.

If it were me I would not go back to him I’m sorry but it should be stopped while someone else may still be able to save it.

Bruising is normal sometimes. The last 2 close ups look to be blow outs, you won’t be able to see them when you get the color done.
