my tattoist said apply bepanthlen small amounts still 4-5 times day

let it heal on its own. just keep it clean with some natural soap and your body will do the rest

also blow out can also occur when the angle of the machine is extreme.

Panda….Unfortunatly the other side of it I have a Liverpool football crest, but my tattooist said he could cover it, might be tricky though, have you any ideas, its solid black?

it is unfortunate, due to the fact that its not a Real Madrid tatt lol (my team for years)

well you might want to keep with the theme and consider a few ideas like:

bamboo shoots
cherry blossom tree with extending branches
dragon? (not a fan personally)
some sort of wooden bridge
a geisha
lotus flower
koi
more waves
hell butterfly (for when you go to hell for that Liverpool tatt)
Japanese demon

those are just some common ideas. Id love to see what you come up with

take a pic of the area you are thinking of adding the white to and post it up. is there room to add the white? or will you be going over a completely black shaded piece with the white?

Do you like it? With something so personal, it doesn’t really matter what the critics think, does it?

not only will i tell you that i like it, i will tell you why.

Currently im in love with blues and purples, so the blue coloring is tickling my fancy to the extreme. I also love how the blossoms are colored, most people color the entire petal which in my opinion does not look as good as the way yours are done. I love the significance of the blossom as well. Short life…

been messing with marking myself and others with needles and twine since elementary school. Being from Guam, i suppose its an addiction embedded in me from generations past to get poked.

I grew up looking at my uncles and even aunts tatts with awe. I was always fascinated. To this day i will randomly approach people and compliment their work and ask to check it out up close rather than staring like a creep from a distance.

so to answer your question, yes.

Stop using crap on it and let it dry out a bit.

this ^^

There are hundreds of ways people say to aftercare a tattoo, and everyone swears by their own way

Here’s what I do personally.

after i tattoo i put a light coat of A&D or similar (store brands are fine) ointment

pretty much after that i clean it once before and once after work with some green soap (a great investment for $5)

Just leave it alone throughout the day, most people love to over lotion the skin during the healing process. Dont be that guy

i agree with what others have said. This reminds me of a tattoo i got from my cousin when he first started tattooing. His machines were not properly tuned and were running way too hot (fast) and he overworked the skin by going over the same lines a couple times. Instead of proper needle technique he was essentially cutting the skin.

His thinking was to give me some “nice thick lines” lol

looking back i see all the mistakes he made reflected in the tattoo.

You are not going to die, do not worry
