As ppl say.book in advance,although its a long day most artists have ppl lined up.may get lucky but it wud suck going all that way to one only to be told he/she hasnt got time. Also be prepaed for it to take longer to complete the work.when i had mine i was suprised at how many ppl would talk to the artist even tho he was wrking on a piece.

Does sound like u need a longer bar.I wouldnt change from bar to ring till its totally healed.have had a nightmare in the past trying to get a lebret/lip to heal when pierced with a ring.

Thats what i used to do…. i would stretch em bout 2mm every 2-3 weeks. Get in the bath and soak em for abit, dry off the chuck loadsa vas’ on the new tunnel/plug then give a good squeeze/fiddle and hey presto. Usef to throb like a beeyatch for a few hours tho.

Have had my ears stretched for over ten years. Went up to 26mm and had them that size for around 5yrs. Decided i wanted them smaller so took them out. After about six months i decided to see what size they were. They were at around 12-14mm. I live in the uk.work as an aborist(tree climber) i have never had a problem having visable work showing.currently have two full sleeves,neck and hand work. If anything i find it acts as a good talking point/ice breaker with customers. They give me a funny look sometimes but as soon as i can show i know what i’m talking about there soon forgotten.
