It can be seen with flames on the letters and little demons or tormented souls surrounding it. (for the hell part)

You can have it surrounded by clouds and more angels.

It is black henna you have to watch for it can cause blistering and scarring and is not henna at all as it is foten mixed with kerosene and hair dye products.

Natural henna is often an orange/light brown/brown mixture.

The latin would work but there is also the various runes that could be used from norse mythology.

Nice font problem is there are thousands out there on the net so unless a person uses that style it is often difficult to name.

As already a said a decent artist can do something in that style for you.

You could laser it which would open the possibilities to just about any other tattoo.

You could have Stu altered to Star and have a several coloured stars surrounding it.

Another is that you could have the words turned into a lattice around some floral design so they eventually turn into vines or similar.

1. There is no regulation on the dye that the artist can use. It could be a form of veg dye (some of which can be toxic unless the artist knows what they are doing) or could be permanent tattoo ink.

The problem you have is that the lines of the drawing are far to close together and as the ink fades the pigment breaks down in the scar tissue of the skin that holds it in place.
