I live in a part of the world where wearing sun block is… Unusual. I do use it when it’s sunny and warm outside, but I see the sun like 20-30 days a year so it’s not a big issue for me. No, an hour or so isn’t going to damage your tattoo at all. If you have your tattoos in the sun unprotected say all summer for a few years, it will fade a LOT.

I agree with Lola on the ice! I often just take a small (clean) towel, soak it in freezing water and place it on the tattoo 🙂 Or just really take my type to rub in lotion. Works as well 🙂

No worries. You’re fine to go for a run or whatever though.

You shouldn’t go to the gym with a new tattoo at all! Gyms are FULL of sweat and bacteria, so unless you really really want an infection, wait a couple more days before going.
And it doesn’t matter if you clean it two or three times. A shower won’t hurt your tattoo 😉
