looks like its healing nicely to me , you could be right about the clothing help slightly with the rubbing, but it hasnt caused any loss of ink so it should be fine. just keep on going as you have been with the aftercare. if it does start to itch then give it a little slap to stop it.

considering that some countries allow people to be tattood at 16 i think 18 is ok, i do work on 18 yr olds but i do suggest they go away and think about it a little longer, its not so much the growth issue but its just to ensure they really want that design… its permanant !

i would say it is either a form of keyloid or it is a reaction to the ink by your body, its hard to really say what it is without a decent photo being posted up….
