yep i was thinking of emo because it would look like blood running down from where it has been cut into the skin….. and saying that emos have a tendancy to cut and self harm then thats where i got the connection…

its a nice design but very much overworked, it looks like the red was a bitch to get in for the artist, the fangs area was overworked as well, but it is healing quite nicely to be honnest with you.

as for the coverup, you have some colour in there so unless the design you have in mind has plenty of black to cover it then the answer to b/g only will be NO ..

i think that the celtic band you have would come back to life with a rework using just b/g and possibly a couple of white hilights thrown in, the tribal work you posted to go with it would look out of place as it is not celtic.
