Would have to say the same as psychoticInk its prob going to be easier for you to take the design to your tattooist and ask them to draw something up for you, they may change bits of a design someone else does x

You could go for the Claddagh (the hands holding the heart) I think it means love, trust and honesty so pretty similar to what you want it mean x
