1 – If you’re old enough to have a tattoo then what your mom thinks shouldn’t matter, you’re an adult now
2 – Regardless of point 1, don’t get a tattoo to be a rebel against your mum
3 – Getting a tattoo because they are “cool” is not a good reason to get a tattoo
4 – What’s the point in getting a tattoo just to hide it away?

This obviously varies between artists. But, depending on size, since it isn’t too complex and is only in one colour i would guess at just below £100.

I wouldn’t expect to pay much more than £100 unless you;re going on Miami ink or something.

Like the others said, whatever tattoo you have, if it’s on your neck, you’ll probably always get looks.
If you can’t afford/don’t want to get it lasered and can’t find a suitable cover up, there is always make up.

The black looks slightly patchy, but most artists will touch up things like that for free once it’s had time to heal properly.

I like it.
It’s way better than a lot of the generic heart chest pieces i keep seeing everywhere.

It’s obvious you were going for a cartoony look, and it shows, and i think the colours are pretty nice.

Tbh, i think that could look a lot worse, it’s not that bad and i’ve seen a lot worse.

Sadly, because of the size and how spread out it is, it looks like it could be rather difficult to cover that up. Really, you could do with paying a professional artist to look at this, it’s much easier to decide when you can see something in the flesh.
