Mine does the same thing, a little bit just pokes over the backs of some shirts and dresses and I love it.

I can only speak for myself, but I tend to take long looks at others’ artwork. I’m interested in what they have, but I don’t want to be just another person to give them a “cool tattoo”, or “nice work” kind of comment, so I admire from a distance.

I have one tattoo, and it’s not even finished yet, but outlining it was fairly painful though not unbearable. It’s on my ribs and a little lower. The worst parts were under my breast and the soft fleshy parts under my ribs. .
After the first forty minutes though, it wasn’t quite so bad.

I don’t think it looks terribly unfinished; I like it.
If you wanted to add more to it, I like the idea of adding some birds, or a butterfly, or more pieces towards the top, or maybe adding some more grass or leaves towards the bottom.

I have a scene in mind for a rib piece. Actually, I have it planned out completely. I will most certainly post pictures of the process and the finished artwork, but until then, the design is a surprise.
