i always used Bepanthen
and it healed fast and kept all colour 🙂
never needed a touch up

well i personally think that it would read better across the chest than down the fore arm.

OH , i can see why you want a cover up .

i think the best way is to go down the japanese route .
a good artist can cover that up with a dragon , carp , maybe even a geesha fairly easily .
(from what i have noticed from cover up tattoos anyways )

anywhere you actually had in mind for it ?
i think it could work quite neat as a wrist tattoo or was you thinking alot bigger ?

before you make up for mind for sure look at some old school styles and my personal fav look up some day of the dead styles .
they will age better than tribal .

Actually some shops seem to give jobs to ppl that have dreds and tattoo’s because it makes there stalls/shops seem more trendy and hip
