Her right arm and hand are off and something is wrong with her upper lip/mouth. Let it heal up before you pass judgement on it.

It is pretty cool just find a great tattooist and freshen it up a bit.

Maybe it is the picture or the angle or something but something looks off on it.

Could you link the tattooist you are thinking about?
