Depends on the quality of the tattoo. $1200 for a tattoo seems like a lot but if it is a kick ass tattoo then it is worth it. Most of my tattoos are in the $800 range.

I’m sorry but they are not done well Just go to a decent tattooist they will be able to tie it together.

It is fine, you are being to picky. Small imperfections make that tattoo yours.
It is on your arm and with all that light whip shading unless you protect it every day from the sun it is going to fade fairly fast. So when your getting it redone after 5 to 10 years or so just have the whole thing done darker.

I don’t think getting a tattoo symbolizing your moms bad life decisions is a good idea.
