    Is it normal for my tattoo I got on my shoulder 4 days ago to have a dead skin/unpleasant smell? My tattoo isn’t red or hot or swollen or pussing…is a smell normal?

    No. It sounds infected.
    I suggest going back to the tattoo shop first, and perhaps see a doctor.
