ok, i’ll discontinue the lotion but should i still wash it with antibacterial soap 4 times? or just once in the morning and once at night?

Thanks! That was all the artists idea and doing. I just told him not to make it solid black and he came up with this.

Also if you typically grow hair over that spot where you get the tattoo, does the hair cease growing or do I need to shave the area often.
