If its bleeding a lot always consider getting a doc to take a look or give your artist a call for them to take a look at it.

It looks a little cloudy and will probably clear up a bit after it is completely healed. If it doesn’t go get your free touch up that most tattooist offer.

It’s odd someone would try to talk you out of a certain area

Perhaps they were no comfortable tattooing that area specifically

If you are worried about your mom seeing it and don’t want the tattoo to be seen you are not ready.   Please wait until price and whether or not it is visible is not a concern before you get tattooed.
