Tattoos can take three months to heal. Give it time and it should be good.

First you read the thread “So you want to be a tattoo Artist” in the general tattoo discussion forum.
Then you get yourself an apprenticeship at a reputable tattoo shop.
After a few years that experience will enable you to choose what type of machine, and equipment will be best.

Welcome to the forum!
To completely heal a tattoo can take three months.
Some quicker, some slower. It depends on where it is located, how heavy it was put on (in). and other variables.
Just remember how short a few weeks are compared to the rest of your life. A lot of us here avoid prolonged exposure to the sun.
